EssilorLuxottica makes first stellar debut as a unified company at iconic industry trade shows
In its inaugural appearance as a unified company, EssilorLuxottica showcased its latest flagship products at key global trade events.
For the first time this year, the Company participated under one EssilorLuxottica banner at key global trade events including Vision Expo East and Vision Expo West in the United States, Silmo in France, as well as the fourth edition China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai. These iconic industry events served as a platform for partners and clients to experience the true value of the unified company through best-in-class brands, programs and innovation. EssilorLuxottica took the opportunity to present its major innovations, including the Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses, Essilor Stellest, Vision-S 700, EssilorLuxottica360* and was recognized with a “SILMO d’Or” award for its Transitions XTRActive Polarized lenses in the ‘Vision’ category.
With client satisfaction in mind, EssilorLuxottica constantly looks for new ways to better support its partner opticians. At Silmo, the Company highlighted the Essilor Experts partnership program, which helps industry professionals grow their businesses and patient base. The Smart Shopper, the Group’s signature digital tool, was also on display to illustrate how it customizes frames, enhances the shopping experience and creates an endless aisle of products and styles.
At Vision Expo East and Vision Expo West, the Company delivered a dual physical and virtual experience in a tech-enabled booth and via its user-friendly microsite to highlight its support for eyecare professionals and the industry post-pandemic.
At CIIE, EssilorLuxottica launched multiple products under the theme of ‘life cycle vision health management’ and showcased breakthrough solutions designed for people across all age groups. The Company also shared latest advancements in its instrument segment – both in terms of partnerships as well as product innovation.
