2 min

EssilorLuxottica will take its place beside the world’s leading tech companies at CES on the Hill in Washington DC on April 17th. As one of only 19 companies invited by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) to share their latest innovations with U.S. lawmakers on Capitol Hill, EssilorLuxottica will showcase Nuance Audio, a beautiful pair of glasses with advanced hearing technology built in seamlessly and invisibly. The company will also highlight its Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses in partnership with Meta.

The tech companies participating in CES on the Hill, which range from Amazon and Google to Samsung and LG, were selected from among the thousands of exhibitors at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. At the event, EssilorLuxottica will take elected officials through the creation of an entirely new category that sits at the intersection of sight and sound. By making the hearing technology completely invisible inside a stylish pair of glasses, Nuance Audio will remove the psychological barrier that has stood in the way of adoption of traditional hearing aids. The Company intends to address the underserved needs of 1.25 billion people with mild to moderate hearing loss.
