In 2024, we strengthened our partnership with Meta through a long-term agreement for collaboration over the next decade, with the goal to develop multi-generational smart eyewear products. We also worked with Meta to advance our Ray-Ban I Meta glasses, with new software features, limited-edition Wayfarer and Scuderia Ferrari models and a partnership with Be My Eyes, an access technology provider for people who are blind or have low vision.
Ray-Ban | Meta gained global recognition in 2024, winning the iF Design Award 2024 Gold, the highest recognition in the Leisure/Smart eyewear category; multiple prestigious accolades at the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) and Pentawards 2024; a Silmo d’Or in the ‘Vision’ and ‘Technological Innovation in Eyewear – Connected Products’ category; and three Red Dot Product Design Awards.
